Our approach

Digitalizing a plant sounds like a big, expensive project that is hard to keep under control. It does not have to be. Here is how we keep it small, fast and in your hands.

01

Assessment

One plant walk. We find the process worth digitalizing first and put it in writing.

02

System

We build for one priority area first. Others follow as the plant is ready.

03

Intelligence

It suggests the next step. A person makes the call.

One visit tells you where to start. Book it →

Results

What changes on the floor, and above it

When information stops living in notebooks, spreadsheets and one-off reports, this is what changes, from the line to the management review.

Productivity

Capture once. Your team spends less time retyping and chasing information, and more time reviewing, deciding and fixing.

Traceability

Every piece of evidence has a date, a name and the record behind it. Proving the work was done no longer means rebuilding it.

Follow-up

Nothing falls through. Each commitment carries an owner, a due date and a status, and it stays on the radar until someone closes it.

Visibility

Management sees status, delays and owners from the same data the floor records. No reformatting, no waiting for Friday.

Coordination

One case, one record, even when three areas touch it. Everyone works from the same context and adds their piece.

Continuity

When a shift or an owner changes, the history stays with the operation, not in someone's inbox.

Intelligence

Every record your plant creates becomes operating history. That is what lets SLOV AI find precedents, answer with a source and propose the next action for a person to approve.

Where your data lives

Where your data lives

We do not ask you to take our word for it. Your information sits in its own isolated environment, and these four points are verified before we begin.

Reports, evidence, owners, dates and decisions land in one place the moment they are recorded. Management reviews the operation as it happens, not when a report is ready.

That operating history is what SLOV AI works from: it finds precedents, answers with a source and proposes the next step. Your team decides.

Frequently asked questions

What happens during the visit?

Two things. We walk your operation with the people who run it, and we show you the system working on sample data. Afterward you get a written assessment of what to digitalize first.

Is this off-the-shelf software, or is it built for us?

Built for you. At the visit we define together which processes come first, in what order, and using your forms. The result has your areas, your catalogs and your documents, and it grows from there.

How are you different from a custom software shop?

Between us, we have 40 years of experience inside automotive plants. We know how each area works and what its standard demands: quality under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, health and safety under ISO 45001 and the NOMs issued by the STPS, Mexico's labor authority, environment under ISO 14001 and its permits, and what maintenance, suppliers and each employee record call for. That is why one visit is enough to understand your process, and you do not have to explain the plant to us from scratch.

What does a system like this cost?

Three things drive it: how many areas, how many plants, and the shape your current information is in. That is why you will not find a price list here. Scope and price go in writing after the assessment, before any work starts.

How do we pay for it?

A monthly fee, once you accept the proposal. It covers running the system, adjusting it and supporting your team.

How long until it is running?

One to three business days after the visit, we walk you through a first version with your areas, your catalogs and your forms. From there we refine it together, starting with the area that needs it most.

Do we have to drop what we already use?

No. We build on top of what you already have. Whatever works today stays. What moves into the system is whatever lives in spreadsheets and folders right now.

Who maintains it afterward?

We do. Handing over code and walking away is not how this works. We run the system with you, adjust it, and grow it as your plant grows.

Is it useful if we are not certified yet?

Yes, and that may be the best time. Getting the evidence in order is hardest before the first certification, and this does exactly that.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. If your plant asks for one, we sign it before the visit, and everything we see or receive stays under it.
