From the code to the person

From arriving at the station to signing off

At the work station the machine and the person meet. The code on the station opens everything the operator needs: whether they are cleared, with what, and how.

Today

The new arrival asks the person next to them, the work instruction is from who knows when, and anyone can step up to the machine.

With SLOV Operations

The code opens the station screen. First, anything that blocks operation. Then PPE, the work instruction, and who is cleared. It closes with the operator's sign-off.

What changes if you start with the station

What the operator needs to know, at the machine, not in the office

Whoever reaches the station sees whether they are cleared, with what and how, before they touch the machine.

Station

The station screen opens from the code on the machine, with no admin login. Anything that blocks operation comes first. Everything else follows.

Equipment

PPE with its icon, required or recommended. Tools with their calibration, current or lapsed.

Instruction

The work instruction step by step, critical steps marked with their control point. Whoever comes in from another shift has the current version in hand.

Entry

The operator signs off with their employee number and PIN, and the system answers whether they are cleared and until when. Anyone not authorized gets in only with a documented reason and the name of who authorized it: exactly the exception an auditor expects to find.

The history is already there for SLOV AI

The Work stations area records sign-offs and entries every day. SLOV AI answers what each position requires and where that comes from. It flags any station with tools coming due or with nobody certified, and suggests whom to certify. The supervisor decides.
