SLOV Operations
The record starts where things happen, with a photo and a signature, and reaches management the same day. Audit evidence is on file from day one, area by area, starting with the one that needs it most.

Between us, we have 40 years of experience inside automotive plants. SLOV builds and operates the systems industrial operations use to record what happens, raise the flag in time and report with nothing to rebuild. On top of those records, the intelligence that proposes what to do.
Walk into a typical plant and the same record lives in three places: a notebook on the floor, the supervisor's spreadsheet and the form the auditor asks for. Deadlines are kept in someone's head. Evidence gets gathered the week before each audit. And every month, someone consolidates by hand the numbers management needs.
The automotive standard is changing. IATF has a second edition of IATF 16949 on the way, planned for mid-2027, built around five priorities. Two of them are software quality assurance and supplier management across every tier of the chain.
The money is already moving. In Deloitte's survey, eight in ten manufacturers plan to put at least a fifth of their improvement budget into smart manufacturing: automation, data analytics, sensors and cloud.
The benchmark is out there. The World Economic Forum counts 201 lighthouse factories in 2025, and what earns them the title is how they run on data and artificial intelligence day to day, more than the machinery on the floor.
The plants that get there first will be the ones whose records already live in one system. Everything else, intelligence included, is built on top of that.

Two layers, one foundation. First, the system the operation runs on. Then, the intelligence that works on what that system has recorded.
The record starts where things happen, with a photo and a signature, and reaches management the same day. Audit evidence is on file from day one, area by area, starting with the one that needs it most.
See SLOV OperationsOn top of those records: answers with their source, the similar case found for you, and proposed actions with owners and evidence. A heads-up before anything is due. A person approves.
See SLOV AIThe point of every system we build is the same: free people from moving information between forms, so their experience goes into reviewing, deciding, correcting and improving the operation.
Build and operate the systems Mexican industry runs on. Made for each operation, run alongside its people, with the information ready when a decision is needed.
Be the company Mexican industry turns to when it gets ready for what comes next: digital operations, decisions grounded in data, and technology that works for people.

Our test for any idea is simple: does it take manual work or audit risk off your plate? If it does not, we do not propose it, however much fun it would be to build.
02
On the first visit you watch the system run on sample data. Slides come later, if at all.

Everything lives in your accounts, under your access. We teach your team to run it, so the plant keeps working whether we are in the room or not.
