From the record to the audit

From certification to expiration

The People area keeps one record per person on the floor: certified positions, training, health checks and issued equipment, each with its due date.

Today

Today the skills matrix is a spreadsheet, the training certificates sit in one folder and the medical exams in another. The lapsed certification turns up with the person already at the machine.

A spreadsheet someone updates when they remember
The certificate gets hunted down when someone asks
Another spreadsheet, separate from the matrix
Discovered during the audit

With SLOV Operations

With the system, everything sits on the person's record, the matrix is built from the certifications, and due dates are flagged ahead of time.

What changes if you start with People

The person, their position and their due dates, on one record

HR and the shift supervisor see who is certified, what each person is missing and when it comes due, before the audit asks.

Authorization

Who is cleared for a position follows from the certification and its validity. The skills matrix is built from those same records, so it is never a separate document to maintain.

Record

Everything the system knows about a person, on one screen: certified positions and level, PPE issued and signed for, training completed. Quality and Safety look at the same record.

Evidence

Each training session lands on the person's record, signed, with the official certificate attached. When the labor authority asks, it is already there.

Health

The same record holds the medical exams, the health surveillance and the PPE, and each one carries its own due date.

The history is already there for SLOV AI

Positions, certifications and training pile up on the People record every day. SLOV AI answers which competence each position calls for, suggests whom to train or certify before a position is left with nobody qualified, and flags every certificate coming due. Human Resources decides.
